Personalized Study Plan
The MyFinanceLab Study Plan offers students the key to success in three easy steps!
(1) Take a Sample Test: Sample tests enable students to test their understanding and identify the areas in which they need to do further work. Students can retake the sample tests until they have mastered the material.
(2) Review the Study Plan: Taking a practice test automatically generates a personalized study plan showing which topics students have mastered and which they need to practice more.
(3) Help Where They Need It: The exercises in the Study Plan offer students a variety of learning aids to help them study concepts on their own, including interactive tutorials, examples, and spreadsheets. Students receive tailored feedback and hyperlinks to the eText, making the learning process more efficient and enjoyable.
Friendly Results Page
With the MyFinanceLab Results page, students can see all of their scores at a glance, or sort their results in a number of ways.
The results page shows students all of their results for the last two weeks, or students can choose to see results for the last month or for the entire course. Additionally, students can choose to view only homework assignments or quizzes and tests separately.
Students can click to review an assignment directly from the Results page to see what questions they got right and where they made errors.
Reminders for Homework and Tests
Students can see instructor-created announcements on the Course Home page, and the My Assignments dashboard shows what assignments are due today and what assignments are coming up next.
Assignments can be accessed directly from the home page so that students can go right to what they need to work on first.
Calendar
Students can also click on the Calendar to see all of their assignment due dates and can access the assignments right from the Calendar.
